    Jennifer Bryman brings a unique blend of business strategy, financial expertise, and creative insight to Jade Partners. With over a decade of experience at a Fortune 500 fintech company, she has led global initiatives, managed budgets exceeding $30 million, and overseen international teams of 2,000+ associates.

    A certified change management professional, Jennifer has led cross-functional teams across product, project, and process management and design—driving operational efficiency and scalable growth.

    A serial entrepreneur since 2010, Jennifer has spent over 15 years building and leading ventures, including a creative agency in the food and beverage sector. Her background in strategy and design enables her to craft compelling brand narratives that resonate with investors, clients, and consumers.

Prior to Jade Partners, we co-founded Heart Creative, a purpose-driven marketing agency. In 2021, we began the exit planning process and sold to a Chicago based marketing company in 2023.

We now leverage our entrepreneurial mindset and exit experience to provide strategic insight and creative vision, helping other purpose-driven founders to gain clarity, grow value, and go get what’s next.
